This week we wrapped up three project submittals for Novembers ARB meeting, but have been informed that the ARB is backlogged and we may not get into a meeting until the first of the year. We also met with clients and their builder on a current construction site so they could walk through the home and get an idea of what they are looking for and see it in an actual space rather than in plan. It was nice to see how the spaces felt in person and gave us and the clients a better idea of what kind of space they will need in their home. We had another client and builder meeting where we went over the floor plan and discussed what changes they would like to make and helped solve some concerns they had about spaces and layouts.
