Week Ten 10.26.2020 – 10.29.2020; SMHa
Weekly Reflection My tenth week was a continuation of last week. I was able to bounce around on a few projects around the office, which is something that I enjoy because that means that I can see how multiple principals in the office manage their projects in their market sector.
10.26.2020 Daily Task 4 hours; Programming + Analysis. Following the Monday Morning Meeting, I spent my morning working in Revit on adjustments to the residential project. I was adjusting the existing plan and elevations of the building to match measurements taken when we visited the site.
10.27.2020 Daily Task 4 hours; Programming + Analysis. I spent the first half of today continuing Revit adjustments on the residence that I have been working on for a good bit, and then shifted over to some precedent research for the Orthopaedics center. I was asked to gather some information on this specific sector type to see possible factors that would impact the proposed project.
10.28.2020 Daily Task 4 hours; Programming + Analysis. Today I continued working on the Revit file for the Mount Pleasant residence and printed out some drawings for Charles to redline and send back to the client.
10.29.2020 Daily Task 4 hours; Programming + Analysis. I worked on a few odds and ends today, including some Revit adjustments for the Mount Pleasant residence and joining in on an internal meeting for a large site development in Kiawah Island. I then was able to digest clearer site measurements on the residential project and adjust the Revit model to gain a more accurate existing starting point.
