• Delivered both end walls to the site

AXP Hours: Project Management – 4 hours

 

Tuesday (9/22):

• Lifted both end walls onto balcony
• Installed and shimmed right end wall

AXP Hours: Project Management – 4 hours

 

Wednesday (9/23):

• Delivered remaining components for installation to site
• Installed and shimmed left end wall

AXP Hours: Project Management – 4 hours

 

Thursday (9/24):

• Sanded frames

AXP Hours: Project Development & Documentation – 4 hours

 

Summary

This week was a crazy one. Our deadline for the organ install was Wednesday and we finished the installation portion. We are going back next week to finish trim and finalize everything. We are preparing to move on to other projects and begin new ones.
