Adhering to municipal code can tricky business. This week we started a project that, previously, did not comply with fire safety code, so we’re redesigning an outdoor patio space at Tobin’s market. This row of four single story structures includes a small bar with an outdoor patio and bar. We’re relocating the bar and pavilion coverings away from the brick wall that borders the southern edge of the site.
