Wednesday: Spent four hours developing interior elevations for a new residence (Rothstein)
Thursday: Spent four hours creating a specifications book template to be used on future projects
Lessons Learned: In typing out the new spec book, I learned what details need to be noted for contractors before construction begins so that nothing is lost in translation. There are many categories – called divisions – that are specific to different parts of construction (i.e. wood, metal, finishes, furnishings, etc.).
