WEEKLY REFLECTION
Project: Pinehills
Project Phase: Design Development
Project Manager: Luke Jarrett
Student’s Role: Sheet set-up and creating individual sets for all buildings in project scope
As we begin to move this project forward, closer to the construction documentation phase, we have been coordinating with the contractors and engineers on the team in making some final revisions to the design based on some of the feedback we have received. In practicing, I have found it is really important and much easier in the long run to engage all team players earlier on in the process in order to resolve any issues that arise as soon as possible and to make sure all are on the same page. This also helps ensure that everyone stays on track as the project moves forward in order to maintain the project schedule.
