Created an extensive excel sheet based on parking capacity and the zoning that applied to 320 East Bay project and the different possible programming of the site.

made parking massings in Revit for different variations of retail programming.

Met with mentor to discuss how we were going to package the studies in a way that could be presented to our client.

Created an in-design to start formatting the survey information, massing studies, zoning information, entrance strategies.

 

 

Lessons learned:

Learned how to package information in a strategic presentation to present to a potential client.  How parking is arranged based on certain zoning ordinances.
