This week I worked on schematic design drawings for a new porch for a residential home in Kiawah. The client is adding a covered porch with a fire place and small kitchen on their existing deck. I had some design freedom with this project, so it was fun to make different schemes for the clients. Once we submit for concept, I will start the construction documents.
