This week I finished up the construction documents and set for the third story addition and full renovation. I learned how much coordination it takes between the architect, the builder, and all other parties involved to complete a set of construction documents. Because I am only working four hours a day, I would come back the next day and so many things would be changed. A lot of revising and editing takes place during this process, especially with schedules so they can order the hardware for installation.
