Today, I began by making changes to 165 Coming to send to the client. I made changes to the exterior. I made the windows on the porch smaller to be more proportional and in line with the building’s lines. I simplified the eave and Juliette balcony.

Today, I finished cleaning up the floor plans and elevations for 165 Coming then went to 133 Calhoun to photograph the building for the AIA submittal.

Thursday 9.29 (Total Hrs: 4) AXP: 3 CE; 1 PPD

Today we went to 27 King and met with the contractor and structural engineer.

Total Hrs:  12 Hrs

Meeting with the structural engineer, contractor, and masons to discuss the structural needs for 27 King’s carriage house.

Reflection: This week we had a fun time going on site and meeting at 27 King to figure out how we should move forward with the most respect to the historic structure. It was interesting seeing the different fields of work come together to continue progress on the project.
