This week I have been putting together a set of drawings to send to the structural engineer on a pool and deck addition in Kiawah. Had to create details for how the deck will be built. It is an interesting project because the maximum lot coverage is 33% in Kiawah and the existing deck was almost at 33%. We had to get creative on how to rework the deck to achieve what the client wanted. Overall it ended up being a beautiful design and now we are in the construction document phase.
