WEEKLY REFLECTION
This week I completed a set of revisions plans for four different projects. While working on the revisions, I’ve learned that projects will continuously go through various iterations throughout the construction phase. These changes can be base on the cost, contractor techniques, or client requests. I also attended my first staff meeting for The Middleton Group, which is critical to keep the project moving forward and on time. Lastly, I also went on a site visit and met the project coordinator, contractor, and client for a current project. We addressed issues and made notes on the completion of the construction.
