WEEKLY REFLECTION

My first week working at The Middleton Group was an experience like no other. On the first day, I spent most of the time setting up the computer and going over the employee checklist. I also was able to go out to lunch with everyone at the firm, which was a great way to meet everyone. During my first week, I spent most of my time updating and annotating existing floor plans. I also had the opportunity to sit in on a conference call, which was a great way to understand how an architect and engineer work together by moving the project forward.
