WEEKLY REFLECTION

Making my first trip to the city this week for a submittal gave me some insight into the different boards, committees, and commissions housed in the city office and how they work together, as well as the review process all projects must undergo before receiving approval to move forward. Both project submittals were brought up for DRB review, one for conceptual and the other for demolition review. For our demolition submittal, we were advised against submitting to DRB before undergoing Zoning and TRC review because this would increase our chance of our request for demo being approved by the DRB.
